At Ruby Creed Wellness Spa, I strive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. I understand that your experience with me is important and that is why I am committed to delivering the best quality services and products. Im always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding to your experience. I guarantee that you will be satisfied and I will ensure that you have a relaxing experience with me and that you leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Your feedback is important and helps me to continually improve our services and ensure I meet your needs and exceed your expectation. I value your opinion and would appreciate if you could take the time to provide us with any feedback or suggestions you may have.

Appointments:

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will give you time to complete any necessary paperwork and will ensure that your appointment will start and end on time. Arriving late may result in a shortened service, and if more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. We understand that sometimes situations arise that are out of your control and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Consultations:

Ruby Creed Wellness Spa offer complimentary consultations to ensure that we provide you with the best possible service and treatment. During the consultation, We will discuss your skin care concerns, desired results, lifestyle, and overall health. I use this information to develop a customized treatment plan that is tailored to your individual needs. I will be available to answer your questions and provide advice and recommendations to help you achieve the best results. I look forward to helping you achieve the look and feel of your dreams.

Payments:

At our Spa, we accept various payment methods for our services, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as personal checks. For certain services, a credit card guarantee may be required. We do charge a $20 fee for any returned checks. Gratuity is not included in the listed prices of our services.

Returns:

I understand that sometimes products may not work for your needs. I am happy to offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 5 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and unopened. A receipt is required to validate the return and/or exchange. If you have any questions about our return policy, please do not hesitate to contact me and i will get back to you as soon as possible.

Cancellation:

Our Spa understands that things come up that necessitate the need to cancel or change your appointment. However, in order to provide the best possible service to our clients, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations or appointment changes. For spa packages, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Clients are subject to full payment for any services cancelled after that time. Junior Guests:

I understand that parents and guardians may need to bring their junior guests along for their own spa service. To ensure the safety of our junior guests, we require that a parent or guardian stay with them at all times while in the spa. For your ultimate relaxation and for your child’s safety, we ask that you make alternate accommodations for young children not receiving salon services. We also require that junior guests under the age of 18 provide written parental/guardian consent before receiving any services. Our staff is always available to answer any additional questions you may have. We look forward to welcoming you and your junior guest and making your visit a special and memorable experience.

Gift Certificate/ Promotional:

Gift Certificates and Promotional Offers from our Med Spa are the perfect way to show someone special how much you care. Our Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used to purchase any of our Med Spa services. They are not refundable for cash, but they can be transferred to another person or redeemed for another Med Spa service. Promotional offers are also available, and must be redeemed within the time frame stated. Please keep in mind that Gift Certificates and Promotional Offers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Give the gift of relaxation today and purchase a gift certificate.

Lost or Damage Property:

At Ruby Creed Wellness Spa, we want to ensure that you have the best possible experience while visiting us. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings that are lost or damaged while on our premises. We advise that you keep all of your valuables securely stored and with you at all times during your visit. If you do experience any issues, please do not hesitate to contact our staff immediately. We will do our best to assist you in any way we can.

Spa Etiquette:

At our Spa, We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so that you can check in and get ready for your service.

 

We ask that you limit conversations and kindly turn off their phones or put them on silent mode to ensure to maintain a calming atmosphere, that the spa remains a peaceful and relaxing environment for all.

 

Out of respect for our staff and other customers, We ask that all guests remain respectful and conduct themselves in an appropriate manner.

 

We kindly ask that you leave all valuables at home as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

 

Finally, out of respect for the other guests, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment and that you cancel or reschedule any appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
